Keeps crashing

The app worked great for a week, not it keeps crashing or freezing when I’m in the middle of work.
Update: now it doesn’t crash but it won’t recognize my log in, no matter how I try I can’t log in. It just keeps saying my email in invalid, which is impossible since I have had the same email address for years and originally registered with the app with the email addy, and logged in with it repeatedly.
